The hydraulic system will be installed to enable the existing elevation platform to raise and lower during slaughter operations. Scope of Work: Provide and install a complete hydraulic pump/power unit compatible with the existing elevation platform Connect the unit to the existing hydraulic cylinder and elevation system Provide all necessary controls, valves, foot pedal, hoses, fittings, electrical components, and mounting hardware required for a complete installation. Test and commission the system to ensure the platform raises, lowers, and holds properly and safely. Provide operating information and recommended maintenance requirements upon completion. Site visit is required prior to bidding to verify existing conditions and ensure the purposed equipment is suitable for the system.
