The Department of Public Works is in need of a Contractor for the Design, Fabrication, and Delivery of a Passenger Ferry Boat for the Territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands to transport passengers between the islands of St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John. The contractor may present an existing design that can accommodate the vessel characteristics listed below, with the understanding that the Contractor is responsible for making modifications to the final design as requested by Purchaser.
